01/06/24 - 23:00 in Britain's Got Talent #1
Another series comes to an end, and the 2024 winner will be crowned taking away a cool quarter million pounds and a spot on the Royal Variety Performance
Who wins..... YOU decide
Finalists so far
Innocent (Opera singer) - Straight through
Ssaulabi (Martial artists, Ant and Dec's Golden Buzzer) - Judges vote
Jack Rhodes (Magician) - Straight through
Haribow (Skipping Dancers, Eric and Hollie's Golden Buzzer) - Judges vote via Deadlock
Sydnie Christmas (Singer, Amanda's 1st Golden Buzzer) - Straight through
Mike Woodhams (Impressionist) - Judges vote via Deadlock
Abigail and Afronitaaa (Dancers) - Straight through
Northants Sings Out (Choir) - Judges vote via Deadlock
Alex Mitchell (Comedian) - Straight through
Trixy (Magician) - Judges vote
Wildcard to be revealed at showtime
Simon, Bruno and Alesha out of the running for now with their Golden Buzzers all eliminated, but could be back in contention should one of their GB acts make the wildcard spot
Reminder, if the Wildcard reveal leaks before showtime, please keep them in spoiler tags in this thread or in the wildcard thread out there, just for those who would prefer to wait for tonight's show to find out
For the final time this series, enjoy, complain or both

Interested in the running order.
In previous years, we've probably had a degree of acts splitting the vote, so it'll be interesting to see how that pans out this year.

Tempted to get behind Sydnie Christmas tonight. It looks like its between Sydnie and Alex and while Alex does come across as nice enough guy his material is not funny. He may win the show on sympathy votes but other acts are more deserving of the win instead.

Abigail and Afronitaaa were one of my all time favourites this series. You cannot help but love their energy.
Its great to see they are currently third favourite to win despite being one of the least publicised acts in the final this series.

Just have this gut feeling that Innocent will win even though the bookies are convinced it'll be Sydnie.

I just hope they give him something to sing that will allow him to make an impact, not just a repeat of the audition song (or Nessun Dorma). Same for Sydnie really, it needs to be the right song.
Opera singers seem to have struggled to place high in the final in recent years; I expected Malakai last year and Maxwell in 2022 to make the top 3.

hey guys,
was just looking at the odds and was surprised to see that innocent seems to be 5th (out of ten, no wildcards on the bookies i guess), hes behind the magician even, maybe its subconscious bias because i liked him but i thought he was one of the favourites along with christmas.

It's nearly 3 hours long! Has the final always been around that long?!
I'm hoping it will be that entertaining that the time will fly. Thanks for the thread and the updates @ Richie.

It was 2.75 hours (!) long in 2019 and 2020. Both years had a few comedy & magic acts who have 7-8 minutes to their act at times.
