After tons of trail and error this is a very close match to Taco Bell Seasoning that they use in their meat. Make it in about 1 minute – just put all the ingredients in a jar and shake and you are done. Simple. PLUS simply use gluten-free flour and this is gluten- free and use gluten – free beef bouillon granules.

Hi, thank you for this recipe.
If we wanted to make a whole jar full how much would each time?
Also if we did not want to use beef bullion granules could we use beef broth instead?
Olivia
Hi! I was wondering the same thing myself so that I could make a large jar and have it on hand. I did the calculations and the recipe is 5 tbsp all together. So if you make 8x the recipe you will have 2.5 cups. If you make 16x the recipe you will have 5 cups. Every time you use it just take 5 tbsp at a time. 🙂

Cool I can’t wait to try this! I’d be nice to make my own instead of buying the packs all the time.

The best recipe ever. I did omit the garlic salt and used garlic powder. Then a 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt. A healthier option. I used salt free beef bouillon powder pack. I have made this twice in one week. A hit at my house. Thank you!

Kept in a cool, dry place and in an airtight container, it can retain its best quality for about 2-3 years. While taco seasoning does not spoil in the traditional sense like fresh produce or dairy products, it can lose potency over time, leading to a milder flavor profile.
