The list of the healthiest fast food burgers was put together by Eat This Not That and it's based on information from nutritionists. So you know this is going to be legit! They had three dietitians pick their top healthiest fast food burger options and they came up with a list of 13.

Registered dietitian,Amber Pankonin MS, RD, LMNT, told Eat This Not That,"'When I look at what defines a healthy burger, as a dietitian and culinary student, I consider nutrition, flavor, appearance and if it actually makes me feel satisfied.'" She also says she looks at "'calories from fat, carbohydrates, and protein, and I also consider sodium content.'"
