TV legend and modelling icon Linda Lusardi must have discovered the fountain of youth after she appeared to have defied ageing in a nostalgic snap shared on Instagram.
Former This Morning host Eamonn Holmes, 64, cosied up to actor and glamour model Linda, 65, in before and after snaps from the 80s and now with both appearing as youthful as ever.
Both of the stars beamed for the camera in the pictures taken 42 years apart, with Eamonn paying tribute to his good friend in the caption.
‘1982 v 2024 and she hasn’t changed a bit . My wonderful, close friend Linda Lusardi who I went to see today 🙏 42yr friendship x,’ he wrote.
Emmerdale and The Bill star Linda responded to the tribute, writing: ‘It was wonderful to see you. X.’
Fans were quick to express their shock over the snaps in the comments, with many shocked that Linda simply ‘hasn’t aged a bit.’
‘You’re both still looking fabulous! 🔥’ bigroco posted, while the.wanderingpaddy thought ‘the years have not phased her.’
Stephanie.otoole.31 added: ‘She’s still stunning and you’re still handsome too Eamonn!’

London model Linda first rose to fame at the age of 18 when she began posing for pictures as a page 3 girl in The Sun, going on to appear in Mayfair and Fiesta.
She made a move into the world of acting when she debuted in The Bill as Margaret Black, the corrupt girlfriend of DS Don Beech played by Billy Murray.
Linda joined the cast of Emmerdale in 2007 as Carrie Nichols, the ex-girlfriend of Tom King (Ken Farrington) with whom he fathered his secret daughter Scarlett (Kelsey-Beth Crossley).
In 2002 she joined Loose Women as a guest panellist, returning from 2014 to 2015.
She took part in the 2004 reality game show The Games, and in 2008 she came in sixth place in ITV’s Dancing On Ice.
Other TV appearances for Linda include Celebrity Come Dine With Me, Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, Celebrity Eggheads, and Pointless Celebrities.
In the world of film, she snagged roles in the likes of The Krays: Dead Man Walking, Snappers, The Zero Imperative, Oh Minnie, and Consuming Passions.
She is a big supporter of British pantomimes and often appears in shows each Christmas alongside her husband Samuel Kane, whom she married in 2016
On the Instagram post, some were bizarrely concerned that Eamonn’s wife Ruth Langsford was not included in the touching post.
Cranston.clare pointed out: ‘Where is your beautiful wife Ruth! Why or what are you trying prove!’
Simkins_karen also asked: ‘Where was poor Ruth 😢’, prompting a backlash from fans who pointed out that they have been friends for more than four decades and both love their partners.
Julie.clinton clapped back: ‘He’s not trying to prove anything. He adores his wife Ruth. He is stating he has a 42 year friendship with Linda whats wrong with that.’
Ally_36chambers added: ‘Why do people have such a issue with men and woman being friends, not everything has to be sexual.’
Donna_e_mac continued: ‘He’s allowed friends. And Linda is happily married too. Don’t see the issue?’
It comes after Eamonn blasted medics for ‘not having a clue’ during a secret hospital trip.

In his latest update on Monday, Eamonn said he was hospitalised for a week but did not disclose the reason for his stay and slammed doctors for ‘not having a clue’ about medication while presentingGB News.
Discussing treatment offered to patients, he said: ‘Medicine’s way of dealing with this is to say, “Oh we’ll not give you an antibiotic or have half a headache tablet instead of a full headache tablet.” That’s not the right way either.
‘I was in hospital the past week and the medication I was taking before I went into hospital compared to the medication I got in hospital made me keep saying, “Just let me know, are you doing this for cost reasons or medical reasons or does no one have a clue”‘
‘I sort of felt like no one had a clue at the end of the day.’
