When Marine Midland Man Acquitted In Theft From Sleeping Woman Jeffrey McQuiller, 22, of 11 Church Lackawanna, was acquitted Monday of second-degree burglary and third-degree grand larceny in the theft of $260 from a sleeping woman who had the money pinned to her bra. A State Supreme Court jury of seven men and five women found McQuiller innocent after more than five hours of deliberation. She suffered head, leg and rib injuries and was charged with driving while intoxicated by Erie County sheriff deputies.
